- We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
- Products purchased from Urban Tribes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Please review the product description, size guide, and images carefully before placing your order.
- If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.
- Claims reported after the specified timeframe may not be accepted.
- Products must not be used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer while raising a complaint.
- Refunds or replacements, if approved for damaged or incorrect items, will be processed at the sole discretion of Urban Tribes.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
